TIME SENSITIVE – HOA and Condo Associations

Did you know you have the right to hire a independent professional to review your community after turn over to make sure the builder did their job correctly?

After a builder/developer completes a community the process of giving everything to the residents of the community is called turn over. There is a short window of opportunity for the community HOA (home owners association) to make sure the builder did everything correctly and collect monies or have the builder correct any defects. These items range from streets, sidewalks, trees, pools, lighting, basically everything that does not have to do with the individual homes. In several cases many thousands of dollars of bad work is corrected by the builder, which saves the HOA from having to repair these items in the future.

If you would like an independent review of the builder installed gates, gate operators, access control devices, cameras (CCTV) please give us a call.

Every year we fix tens of thousands of dollars of incorrectly installed systems that were done by the lowest bidder and contracted by the builder. Don’t say it can’t happen to your community. It does and if you do not act during this turn over period the community will end up paying for this shoddy workmanship.
